
Torrey Larsen
President/CEO
Torrey Larsen serves as Security One Lending’s President and CEO. He has extensive experience in real estate lending and capital markets. Mr. Larsen co-founded Security One Lending as a single office organization, and has since grown the organization to a multi-branch/multi-state operation. Mr. Larsen converted the brokerage shop into a mortgage lending institution in April 2008 to enhance both the service levels to the originator and the resulting revenue stream to the Firm. Mr. Larsen has a diverse background in mortgage banking, which provides the insight and ability to position Security One Lending as an industry leader. Under his leadership, Security One Lending has grown to one of the largest reverse mortgage originators in the country, and has established a brand that is recognized and respected in the industry. Mr. Larsen holds a BA in Economics from Westmont College. Mr. Larsen resides on the Board of Directors of NRMLA.

Tyler Larsen
Chief Financial Officer
Tyler Larsen serves as Chief Financial Officer of Security One Lending. Mr. Larsen is responsible for all areas of financial management, control and reporting for Security One Lending and manages the Firm’s warehousing facilities. Mr. Larsen was a co-founder of Security One Lending and has been an architect of the Firm’s variable and low cost structure. Mr. Larsen’s ability to effectively identify areas of financial excess/waste, coupled with his expertise in financial analytic models, allows the firm to ensure strong returns on capital and equity, and that the organization measures and directs its financial course. Mr. Larsen has a BA in Accounting from BIOLA University.

Bill Trask
Executive Vice President/General Counsel
Bill Trask joined Security One Lending as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in 2007. As the organization began to mature and had a need for leadership in the operational platform, Mr. Trask took on the role of COO in 2008. His background in State licensing and compliance gave Mr. Trask a unique perspective in his new role. Additionally, the mortgage industry was suffering from its inability to regulate and integrate internal controls, which would ultimately impact the quality of loan production. Mr. Trask has ensured that Security One Lending is built “from the ground up” with operating controls and reports in place that enable the firm to effectively measure its loan quality. Mr. Trask continues to serve as General Counsel for Security One Lending, and is involved in the contractual review process with investors and warehousing providers. Mr. Trask holds a BA from BIOLA University and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Tim Hertel
VP, Information Technology
Tim Hertel serves as Vice President of Information Technology, joining Security One Lending in the earliest stages of its development. Mr. Hertel has integrated its operating systems into a seamless and efficient structure and continues to enhance electronic delivery and storage capabilities. Security One Lending’s goal is to utilize technology as a means to improve quality, enhance speed of service/delivery, reduce costs and redundancies, and ensure a disaster recovery plan can be easily executed. Mr. Hertel has also consolidated a management reporting package that allows the management group to monitor overall performance trends, which allows Security One Lending to quickly adapt and change as internal and external dynamics dictate.

Rhiannon Behnke
Director of Reverse Mortgage Sales
Rhiannon Behnke serves as Director of Sales for the reverse mortgage division of Security One Lending. Ms. Behnke provides over 10 years of reverse mortgage experience from industry leaders Wells Fargo and Financial Freedom. Her diverse background within this niche industry includes loan processing, loan servicing, loan underwriting, retail origination and sales, and wholesale sales management. Her experience has allowed Security One Lending to grow its production levels on a consistent basis, while providing initial input on reverse mortgage loan processing. Ms. Behnke is focused on wholesale production for Security One Lending, and plans to methodically grow the distribution channel in a way that enhances cash flow and value.

Michael Fossler
VP, Operations
Michael Fossler serves Security One Lending as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Fossler has worked in real estate and lending for 17 years with over 14 years in wholesale lending. His experience in overseeing Operations for a regional mortgage bank through expansion to 48 states provides a broad understanding of mortgage lending. His expertise in the areas of process work flow design, systems integration, documents, funding and shipping enables Security One Lending to create and maintain a high level of loan quality for the investor. Mr. Fossler holds a BS from Liberty University.

Michael Gluf
VP, Secondary Marketing
Michael Gluf serves as Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Security One Lending. His previous experience was with global investment bank KBC Financial Products through their acquisition of a top 5 reverse mortgage platform. He served as a Jr. Trader with responsibilities including deal management and specific focus on reverse mortgage securitization through the GNMA HMBS program. During his time there, he securitized and settled over $1 billion in Reverse Mortgage loans of HECM mortgage backed securities as well as having completed several whole loan transactions. At Security One Lending, Mr. Gluf is responsible for trading activities and investor relationship management. Mr. Gluf has a degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
